General Policy
At REVVY HEALTH LTD, we are committed to ensuring the highest standards of product safety and quality. Because our products are nutritional supplements and consumables, they are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped or received by the customer.
This policy protects all customers by ensuring that every REVVY product you receive is new, safe, and uncompromised.
No Returns Accepted
Due to strict hygiene, safety, and food regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened or unopened REVVY products.
Once a product has left our fulfilment facility, it cannot be reintroduced into inventory or resold under health and regulatory compliance rules.
All sales are final.
Exceptions (Case-by-Case)
A return or replacement may be approved only in the following exceptional cases:
- The item was damaged in transit,
- the wrong product was shipped, or
- there is a verified manufacturing defect.
How to proceed: If one of the above applies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at vip@revvyhealth.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
We reserve the right to assess each case individually. If a replacement or credit is approved, REVVY will provide further instructions.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once a shipping confirmation has been issued, the order can no longer be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

Responsibility for Shipping Errors or Damage
If a shipment arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence.
After internal review, REVVY may at its sole discretion offer:
Replacement Product
A replacement product delivered to you at no additional charge where transit damage or incorrect delivery is confirmed.
Store Credit
A store credit applicable to future purchases at revvyhealth.com.
Please note: Cash refunds are not provided.
Non-Returnable Items
For clarity, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
- All nutritional supplements (powders, gummies, granules, drinks)
- Promotional or free items
- Gift cards and bundles
- Opened or partially used products
- Limited edition or pre-order products
International Deliveries
Customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by local authorities are non-refundable.
Packages refused by the customer or held at customs will not be eligible for reimbursement.
