1. 14-day right of return for unopened products
You may return products that are unopened and in their original, sealed packaging within 14 days of receipt, without giving reasons.
- Please notify us before sending the goods back, by email to vip@revvy.ch with your order number.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- We refund the purchase price, including the original standard shipping costs, to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
For reasons of hygiene and health protection, products whose seal has been broken after delivery cannot be returned. Details on the statutory right of withdrawal and the withdrawal form are set out in sections 7 and 8.
2. Damaged, incorrect or defective deliveries
If a product arrives damaged, if we shipped the wrong product, or if there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at vip@revvy.ch with your order number, photos and a short description. We will send a replacement or refund the purchase price. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
3. Cancelling an order
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Please contact vip@revvy.ch. After dispatch, section 1 applies.
4. 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee (first order only)
We want you to feel confident trying REVVY for the first time. If this is your first order with REVVY HEALTH LTD and you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 90 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product price.
To qualify: This guarantee applies only to a customer's first order with REVVY HEALTH LTD. The return request must be made within 90 days of the delivery date. The product must be returned to REVVY HEALTH LTD; return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a REVVY error. Refunds are issued to the original payment method upon receipt of the returned product. This guarantee does not apply to subsequent orders, subscription renewals, gift cards, or bundles purchased after the qualifying first order.

5. Customs and import charges
Customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by local authorities are not refundable.
6. Statutory rights
This policy does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer, in particular any statutory right of withdrawal under the law of the EU, the United Kingdom or Switzerland.
7. Right of withdrawal for consumers
Your right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period runs for 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you other than the carrier, take possession of the goods. Where several goods are delivered separately, the period starts when you receive the last item.

You may use the form below, but you do not have to. It is sufficient to send your statement before the 14-day period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except any extra costs resulting from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless agreed otherwise; you will not be charged any fees for the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.
Please send the goods back without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of the day you notify us of your withdrawal. We will give you the return address once we have received your notice. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14 days have expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
